间歇泵奶喂养配合非营养吮吸护理改善极低体重出生早产儿喂养情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析间歇泵奶喂养配合非营养吮吸护理改善极低体重出生早产儿喂养情况的影响。方法:在2021.01月至2023.01月到医院出生的极低体重出生早产儿中挑选86例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(持续鼻饲输注法喂养,n=43)与研究组(间歇泵奶喂养+非营养吮吸护理,n=43)。对比两组的干预效果。结果:研究组较于对照组,其开始经口喂养时间、完全经口喂养时间及完全经口喂养时胎龄更短,身高、体重、头围、白蛋白、血糖、淋巴细胞总数、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、IgA、IgG及IgM更高,喂养不耐受发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:间歇泵奶喂养+非营养吮吸护理有助于改善极低体重出生早产儿的喂养情况,促进生长发育,减少喂养不耐受的发生。To analyze the effect of intermittent pump feeding combined with non nutritive sucking nursing on improving the feeding situation of extremely low birth weight premature infants.Method:86 extremely low birth weight premature infants born in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(continuous nasal feeding infusion method,n=43)and a study group(intermittent pump milk feeding+non nutrient sucking care,n=43)using a random number table method.Compare the intervention effects of two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter gestational age,higher height,weight,head circumference,albumin,blood glucose,total lymphocyte count,lactobacilli,bifidobacteria,IgA,IgG,and IgM,and a lower incidence of feeding intolerance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent pump feeding combined with non nutritive sucking care can improve the feeding situation of extremely low birth weight premature infants,promote growth and development,and reduce the occurrence of feeding intolerance.
