多元化护理宣教对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的影响探究

摘　　要：目的:探究在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中运用多元化护理宣教对其康复效果所产生的实际影响。方法:本次试验研究对象主要从某三甲医院在2023年7月至2024年6月接收的脑卒中偏瘫患者中随机抽取60例,并借助电脑智能分组法将患者分成两组,每组30例,对照组予以基础护理服务,观察组基于对照组在予以基础护理服务的基础上实施多元化护理宣教,评估两组患者临床康复效果以及护理前后负面情绪变化状况、日常自主生活能力、偏瘫肌力评分指标。结果:经评估数据显示,观察组患者经护理干预后的康复效果尤为明显,并优于对照组,P<0.05,二者对比差异值得统计分析;在对患者实施护理服务前,两组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分、日常自主生活能力以及偏瘫肌力评分指标与对照组相比无显著区别,P>0.05,两组数据间的差异不具备统计学意义;经不同护理手段干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪评分与对照组相比明显减轻,日常自主生活能力、偏瘫肌力评分指标均高于对照组,且P<0.05,两组比较差异存在统计学意义。结论:在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复过程中在予以基础护理服务的基础上运用多元化护理宣教,能够提高患者临床康复效果及自主生活能力,改善患者心理状态,增强患者偏瘫肌力,使其病情明显减轻,值得临床运用和推广。Objective:To explore the effect of diversified nursing education on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:60 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly selected from a tertiary hospital from July 2023 to June 2024,and were divided into two groups with the help of computer intelligent grouping method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing service,while the observation group was given diversified nursing education based on the basic nursing service in the control group.The clinical rehabilitation effect,the change of negative emotions before and after nursing,the ability of daily independent living,and the score index of hemiplegic muscle strength of the two groups were evaluated.Results:the evaluation data showed that the rehabilitation effect of the observation group after nursing intervention was particularly obvious,and was better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was worth statistical analysis;Before the implementation of nursing services,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of anxiety,depression,activities of daily living and hemiplegic muscle strength,P>0.05,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant;After the intervention of different nursing methods,the scores of anxiety,depression and other negative emotions in the observation group were significantly reduced compared with those in the control group,and the scores of activities of daily living and hemiplegic muscle strength in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the rehabilitation process of stroke patients with hemiplegia,the application of diversified nursing education on the basis of basic nursing service can improve the clinical rehabilitation effect and independent living ability of patients,improve the psychological state of patients,enhance the muscle strength of patients with he
