摘　　要：痛风是目前临床上较为常见的一种代谢性疾病,近年来,该病的发病率逐年上升,且呈现年轻化趋势。隋淑梅教授结合多年临床经验认为脏腑失调,乃发病之本;外感六淫、饮食不节,乃发病之因;湿热蕴结、瘀血阻络,乃最终产物,且贯穿疾病始终,以疏肝补肾健脾,清热祛湿、活血通络为治则治法,并在此病因病机及治则治法基础上总结其用药规律。Gout is a relatively common metabolic disease in clinical practice.In recent years,the incidence of the disease has increased year by year,and the trend is younger.Professor Sui Shumei combined with many years of clinical experience that zang-fu disorder is the root of the disease;External feeling six sex,diet,is the cause of the disease;Dampheat accumulation,blood stasis,is the final product,and throughout the disease,to the liver tonifying kidney and spleen,clearing heat and removing dampness,promoting blood and colluding as the treatment method,and on the basis of the etiology and pathogenesis of the treatment method to summarize its drug law.
