组织细胞悬浮液在抗酸染色阳性对照中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨组织细胞悬浮液在抗酸染色中的应用。方法:本研究挑选2019年20例结核分支杆菌阳性组织蜡块,将其制作成组织细胞悬浮液,作为抗酸染色的阳性对照。在抗酸染色时,将组织细胞悬浮液滴加至待检组织旁一同进行染色,诊断医师镜下观察染色结果。结果:制作的阳性对照经抗酸染色后,镜下显示菌群分布均匀,颜色鲜艳,易于观察。添加阳性对照后,抗酸染色检测率得到有效的提升,从未添加对照时的11.11%提升至30%以上。结论:组织细胞悬浮液在抗酸染色阳性对照中具有节约成本、提高检测率、制作简单快速、易于观察等优点,值得在各医院进行推广应用。Objective:To explore the application of tissue cell suspension in acid-fast staining positive control.Methods:Mycobacterium tuberculosis positive tissue wax blocks in 2019 were selected and made into tissue cell suspension as a positive control for acid-fast staining.The tissue cell suspension droplets were added to detected samples in acid-fast staining and observed the staining results under the microscope.Results:After acid-fast staining,the positive control group showed that the flora was evenly distributed and the color was bright,which was convenient for observation.After adding the positive control,the detection rate of acid-fast staining was effectively improved,from 11.11%to more than 30%.Conclusion:The tissue cell suspension can be excellent applied in the positive control of acid-fast staining,worth popularizing and application in hospitals.
