环泊酚对左心室舒张功能不全老年患者麻醉诱导后血流动力学的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:讨论观察环泊酚对左心室舒张功能不全老年患者麻醉诱导后血流动力学的影响。方法:研究选取我院2023年1-12月收治的左心室舒张功能不全行全身麻醉的非心脏手术老年患者100例,分为对照组与实验组各50例。对照组采用丙泊酚进行麻醉诱导处理,实验组采用环泊酚进行麻醉诱导处理。分析比较两组患者麻醉手术相关指标、不同时间点生命体征(收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率、心排血指数、左室射血分数)。结果:实验组患者麻醉诱导后、麻醉插管即刻及麻醉插管后10min收缩压稳定;麻醉诱导后、麻醉插管即刻及麻醉插管后10min舒张压稳定;麻醉诱导后、麻醉插管即刻及麻醉插管后10min平均动脉压稳定;麻醉诱导后、麻醉插管即刻及麻醉插管后10min心率稳定;麻醉诱导后、麻醉插管即刻及麻醉插管后10min心排血指数稳定;麻醉诱导后、麻醉插管即刻及麻醉插管后10min左室射血分数稳定,P<0.05,差异显著。结论:环泊酚对左心室舒张功能不全老年患者麻醉诱导后血流动力学的影响更小,患者的血压、心率、心脏功能更加稳定,可以安全的应用于老年非心脏手术治疗的全身麻醉患者之中。Objective:To investigate the effect of cyclophosphamide on hemodynamics in elderly patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction after anesthesia induction.Methods:100 elderly patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with propofol for anesthesia induction,and the experimental group was treated with cycloprofol for anesthesia induction.The anesthesia operation related indicators and vital signs(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,heart rate,cardiac output index,left ventricular ejection fraction)at different time points were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:the systolic blood pressure in the experimental group was stable after anesthesia induction,immediately after anesthesia intubation and 10min after anesthesia intubation;Diastolic blood pressure was stable after anesthesia induction,immediately after anesthesia intubation and 10min after anesthesia intubation;The mean arterial pressure was stable after anesthesia induction,immediately after anesthesia intubation and 10min after anesthesia intubation;The heart rate was stable after anesthesia induction,immediately after anesthesia intubation and 10min after anesthesia intubation;The cardiac output index was stable after anesthesia induction,immediately after anesthesia intubation and 10 minutes after anesthesia intubation;The left ventricular ejection fraction was stable after anesthesia induction,immediately after anesthesia intubation and 10min after anesthesia intubation(p<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of cyclophenol on hemodynamics in elderly patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction after anesthesia induction is smaller,and the patient's blood pressure,heart rate and cardiac function are more stable,which can be safely applied in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia
