综合护理干预联合经颅磁刺激对儿童抑郁症病人的效果影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析与研究儿童抑郁症病人采用综合护理干预联合经颅磁刺激的干预效果,探讨综合护理干预联合经颅磁刺激对患儿抑郁情绪的影响。方法:研究对象为2023.3月至2024.3月于我院收治的90例儿童抑郁症患者,根据不同的治疗和护理干预方式实施分组,对照组(n=45)采用常规药物治疗和综合护理干预,观察组在此基础上采用经颅磁刺激治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果、治疗前后的抑郁情绪评分、社会功能评分和不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗效果差异明显,观察组总有效率更高(P<0.05);干预前HAMD评分组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后2周及4周两组评分均明显降低,且观察组评分更低(P<0.05);干预前PSP评分组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后2周及4周两组评分均明显提高,且观察组评分更高(P<0.05);不良反应发生率组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:儿童抑郁症患者在综合护理干预的基础上联合经颅磁刺激的治疗效果理想,能够显著改善患儿的不良情绪,促进患儿社会功能的恢复,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广和应用。Objective:To analyze and study the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on children with depression,and explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on children's depressive emotions.Method:The research subjects were 90 children with depression admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment and nursing interventions.The control group(n=45)received conventional drug treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention,while the observation group received transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment on this basis.The treatment effects,depression emotion scores,social function scores,and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of children.Result:There was a significant difference in treatment efficacy between the two groups,with the observation group having a higher overall effective rate(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the intervention groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of both groups decreased significantly at 2 and 4 weeks,and the observation group had even lower scores(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in PSP scores between the intervention groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of both groups improved significantly at 2 and 4 weeks,and the observation group had a higher score(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of comprehensive nursing intervention and transcranial magnetic stimulation has an ideal therapeutic effect on children with depression,which can significantly improve their negative emotions,promote the recovery of their social functions,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
