养阴清热汤治疗阴虚燥热型糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟养阴清热汤对阴虚燥热型糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年12月在三明市第一医院就诊的134例阴虚燥热型DKD患者,随机划分为不同组别,观察组67例实施常规治疗基础上联合使用养阴清热汤治疗,对照组67例实施常规治疗,对比两组疗效及不良反应发生率(于治疗28d后统计)结果:结果显示,观察组总有效率92.54%,显著高于对照组的80.60%(P<0.05);在对中医症状评分进行比较后,发现经治疗后的观察组在口渴喜饮、食欲亢进、情绪烦躁、频繁尿意与排便困难、以及眩晕眼花等症状的评分上,与对照组相比明显更低(P<0.05)。同时,在FBG、2小时PBG、糖化血红蛋白、血清肌酐、微量白蛋白以及白蛋白/肌酐比值等生化指标上,观察组治疗后的数值也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在药物副作用的发生率上,观察组为5.97%,而对照组则为16.42%,两者间的差异在统计学上意义显著(P<0.05)。结论:养阴清热方能显著提高阴虚燥热型DKD的临床治疗效果,减少不良反应,提高用药安全,值得推广。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of the diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Selected 134 patients with hot DKD in Sanming First Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,Was randomly divided into different groups,In the observation group,67 patients received combined treatment of nourishing hot soup based on conventional treatment,The control group of 67 patients underwent conventional treatment,Results of comparing the efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups(calculated after 28d of treatment):The results showed that,The total response rate in the observation group was 92.54%,Significant higher than 80.60%of the control group(P<0.05);After comparing the TCM symptom scores,It was found that the observation group after treatment rated the symptoms of thirst,hyperappetite,emotional irritability,frequent urination and difficulty in defecation,and dizziness,Was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,in the biochemical indexes of FBG,2-hour PBG,hemoglobin A 1 c,serum creatinine,microalbumin,and albumin/creatinine ratio,the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).For the incidence of drug side effects,5.97%in the observation group and 16.42%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Raising Yin and clearing heat can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of DKD,reduce adverse reactions and improve drug safety,which is worth promoting.
