摘　　要：导叶剪断销是水轮机导水机构的重要保护装置,对机组的安全、稳定运行有直接的影响,本文针对A水电站一起导叶剪断销剪断故障,从操作工况、安装工艺、异物卡涩等角度,深入分析了剪断销剪断产生的原因,并提出一系列临时或长期的解决措施,如调整导叶端面间隙、止推间隙、顶盖、底环等固定部件同心度及方位等,同时对电站日常运行工作也提出了相关改进建议,对防止剪断销故障产生,保障电站机组安全稳定运行有积极意义,可供同类型电站参考借鉴。The guide vane shear pin is an important protective device of the water turbine's guide mechanism,which has a direct impact on the safe and stable operation of the unit.This paper,in response to a shear pin breakage incident at A Hydropower Station,conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes of the shear pin breakage from the perspectives of operating conditions,installation techniques,and foreign object jamming,and proposes a series of temporary or long-term solutions,such as adjusting the end face clearance of the guide vanes,thrust clearance,and the concentricity and orientation of fixed components such as the top cover and bottom ring.At the same time,it also offers relevant improvement suggestions for the daily operation of the power station.This is of positive significance for preventing shear pin faults and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power station's units,and can be used as a reference for similar power stations.
