摘  要:针对蜗壳差压测流量不精准的问题,本文开展了蜗壳差压测流量的改进研究。在深入分析蜗壳内部流体力学特性以及差压测量原理的基础上,选用高精度、高灵敏度且响应速度快的压力传感器,用于实时采集蜗壳不同位置的压力数据。同时,根据实时工况对测量参数进行动态调整,进一步提升测量的准确性。通过与现行常用的超声波测流方法比较,改进后的蜗壳差压测流法在测量精度、稳定性以及对复杂工况的适应性等方面,均能达到甚至优于超声波测流方法。这一研究成果为蜗壳流量测量提供了更可靠、高效的技术手段,具有重要的工程应用价值。In response to the problem of inaccurate measurement of flow rate by differential pressure in the snail shell,this paper conducted research on improving the measurement of flow rate in the snail shell.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the fluid dynamics characteristics inside the snail shell and the principle of differential pressure measurement,high-precision,high-sensitivity,and fast response pressure sensors are selected to collect real-time pressure data at different positions of the snail shell.Meanwhile,the measurement parameters are dynamically adjusted based on real-time operating conditions to further improve the accuracy of the measurement.Compared with the commonly used ultrasonic flow measurement method,the improved snail shell differential pressure flow measurement method can also achieve or even outperform the ultrasonic flow measurement method in terms of measurement accuracy,stability,and adaptability to complex working conditions.This research achievement provides a more reliable and efficient technical means for measuring the flow rate of snail shells,and has important engineering application value.
