摘　　要：【目的/意义】本文探讨图书馆数字化转型的复杂耦合路径,发现技术、组织和环境因素对图书馆数字化转型的具体影响机制,为我国智慧图书馆的高质量发展提供理论支持和实践指引。【方法/过程】本文识别了影响图书馆数字化转型的前因条件,并采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法对我国十八家公共图书馆进行分析,探索图书馆数字化转型的复杂耦合路径及作用机制。【结果/结论】研究结果表明:(1)技术因素(数字管理能力与数字基础设施)、组织因素(组织规模与感知利得)和环境因素(如政府支持与公共外部需求)均非单独构成高水平数字化转型的必要条件;(2)高水平数字化转型存在三条耦合路径:(1)以感知利得为核心、政府支持为驱动、(2)公众外部需求主导、数字管理能力驱动、(3)技术-组织-环境三元互利共生;(3)组织规模和环境因素在推进图书馆数字化转型中起到关键作用。【创新/局限】本文从组态视角解释图书馆数字化转型的复杂耦合路径并填补实证研究空白。然而,研究仅聚焦于我国部分城市公共图书馆,未来需扩展至更多地区或类型的图书馆。【Purpose/significance】This study explores the complex coupling effects in library digital transformation,addressing gaps in prior empirical research.It examines how technological,organizational,and environmental factors shaping digital transformation pathways,offering theoretical and practical insights for advancing Smart Libraries.【Method/process】This paper identifies the antecedent conditions influencing digital transformation of libraries and employs fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)to analyze the annual report of 18 public libraries in China,exploring the complex coupling pathways and mechanisms underlying digital transformation.【Result/conclusion】The findings reveal that(1)technical factors(e.g.,digital management capability and digital infrastructure),organizational factors(e.g.,library size and perceived benefits),and environmental factors(e.g.,government support and public demand)are not independently necessary conditions for achieving a high level of digital transformation;(2)High-level digital transformation is achieved through three distinct pathways:(i)perceived benefits coupled with government support;(ii)digital management capabilities coupled with strong public demand;and(iii)a mutually beneficial symbiosis among technical,organizational,and environmental factors.(3)Library size and environmental factors are particularly influential in advancing digital transformation.【Innovation/limitation】This study advances the literature by analyzing the complex interplay of factors that drive digital transformation of public libraries.However,the findings are based on a sample of public libraries in China,suggesting that further research with diverse library types and locations.
