摘　　要：智能化方式平衡医疗资源,让患者快捷救治,为推进分级诊疗制度提供有力支撑。通过引入GIS技术对患者、救护车及医疗资源等对象进行动态管理和分析,嵌入早期预警评分体系(modified early warning score,MEWS),以科学的标准对患者进行分级、转诊和收治,统筹医疗机构的上下联动,使线上线下一体、转诊和救治贯通,形成高效的医疗生态闭环。本文以长沙市为例,解决GIS技术如何深度融入院前急救体系,在医疗资源管理、现场救援规划、最佳救援路径分析、呼救信息管理、突发事件处置等方面,依托救援事件的时空属性,运用信息化技术推进智能化分级诊疗制度的实现,成为推动优质医疗资源配置、平衡、优化、共享的重要举措。通过开发软件系统实现患者能利用智能手机在线呼救、现场救援、科学分诊、医院接诊等功能,保障分级诊疗的顺利实施,提高对患者的院前管理,为老百姓提供便捷、迅速和精准的紧急救援方式,全面提升诊治能力和效率。Intelligent way balances medical resources,treats patients quickly,and provides strong support for the promotion of hierarchical diagnosis andtreatment system.Through the introduction of GIS technology forpatients,ambulances and medical resources object dynamic management andanalysis,embedment of early warning scoring system,with scientific standards for patients classification,referral and admission,and overall medicalinstitutions,integration of online and offline,the efficient medicalecological closed loop forms.In Changsha city,for example,how to solve the GIS technology depth fusion pre-hospital emergency system,in the medicalresources management,the rescue planning,the best rescue path analysis,distress information management,emergency disposal,etc.,relying on thespace and time properties of rescue events,using information technology topromote the realization of intelligent classification diagnosis system,become to promote high quality medical resources allocation,balance,optimization,sharing the important measures.Through the development of software system,patients can make use of smart phone online call,on-siterescue,scientific triage,hospital reception and other functions to ensurethe smooth implementa⁃tion of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,improvethe prehospital management of patients,provide convenient,rapid andaccurate emergency rescue for the people,and comprehensively improve thediagnosis and treatment capacity and efficiency.
