摘  要:法尼醇X受体(farnesoid X receptor,FXR)是一种核受体,胆汁酸(bile acid,BA)是其天然配体。FXR不仅通过影响胆汁酸合成、代谢来调节肝脏、肠道内疾病的发生与进展,也可以通过影响肠内信号通路调节肠黏膜屏障。本研究主要综述了FXR对胆汁酸合成、代谢,对肠黏膜屏障,对肠上皮细胞、肠道炎症,对免疫信号通路、肠道菌群、肠道内基因的调控和影响,以期为临床提供参考。The farnesoid X receptor(FXR)is a nuclear receptor,and bile acid(BA)is its natural ligand.FXR not only regulates the occurrence and progression of hepatic and intestinal diseases by affecting bile acid synthesis and metabolism,but also regulates the intestinal mucosal barrier by affecting intestinal signaling pathways.This review mainly reviewed the regulation and influence of FXR on the synthesis and metabolism of bile acids,as well as the regulation and influence of FXR on the intestinal mucosal barrier,including intestinal epithelial cells,intestinal inflammation and immune signaling pathways,gut microbiota and intestinal genes.The related research on FXR is reviewed in order to provide clinical guidance.
