产业智能化网络对中国出口技术复杂度的影响

摘　　要：把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革重大机遇,不断优化产业智能化空间发展格局,对推动中国高水平对外开放、加快贸易强国建设具有重要作用。文章通过构建中国省际产业智能化网络并开展产业智能化网络时空格局演化及特征分析,探究产业智能化网络对出口技术复杂度的影响效应及作用机制。研究结论表明:第一,产业智能化网络强度显著提高中国出口技术复杂度,这一结论在经过一系列检验后依然稳健;第二,异质性分析发现,产业智能化网络明显提升中部地区、信息化水平更高地区的出口技术复杂度;第三,产业智能化网络对出口技术复杂度的促进作用存在显著的门槛效应、空间溢出效应和空间门槛效应;第四,机制分析发现,产业智能化网络通过数字创新效应、绿色协同效应间接提升出口技术复杂度。文章的结论为提升中国出口技术复杂度、加快出口贸易高质量发展提供了新思路、新优势和新途径,为推动产业数字化、网络化、智能化转型升级以及以高水平对外开放推动中国式现代化建设提供了经验证据和政策启示。Seizing the significant opportunities of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,and continuously optimizing the spatial development pattern of industrial intelligence,plays an important role in promoting China′s high-level opening up and accelerating the construction of a strong trading nation.This paper constructs a characteristic index system for the inter-provincial industrial intelligence network in China,conducts an analysis of the spatiotemporal pattern evolution and characteristics of the industrial intelligence network,and explores the impact and mechanism of the industrial intelligence network on export technology complexity.The research results show that,firstly,the strength of the industrial intelligence network significantly promotes the export technology complexity of China,and this conclusion remains robust after a series of tests;secondly,heterogeneity analysis finds that the industrial intelligence network significantly enhances the export technology complexity of the central region and areas with higher levels of informatization;thirdly,the promoting effect of the industrial intelligence network on export technology complexity has significant threshold effects,spatial spillover effects,and spatial threshold effects;fourth,mechanism analysis reveals that the industrial intelligence network indirectly promotes the improvement of export technology complexity through digital knowledge spillover and industrial green development.The conclusions of the article provide new ideas,advantages,and approaches for enhancing China′s export technology complexity and accelerating the high-quality development of export trade.They also provide empirical evidence and policy insights for promoting the digital,networked,and intelligent upgrade and transformation of industries,and for driving the construction of Chinese-style modernization with high-level opening up.
