摘　　要：本文立足中国式现代化建设的视域,结合相关理论和经验事实,从学理的角度阐释中国特色保险高质量发展为什么要、坚持怎样的和怎样坚持政治性、人民性与专业性。首先,通过比较分析中西市场经济中政治性的差异,阐释了在中国特色保险高质量发展中,坚持政治性发挥的重要保障和指导作用。其次,基于马克思主义政治经济学、辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义理论与方法的分析,为中国特色保险高质量发展过程中坚持人民性提供了理论和实践依据。最后,从中国保险供需动态结构均衡的视角,论证了中国特色保险高质量发展坚持专业性的意义和发展契机。The high-quality development of the insurance industry with Chinese characteristics must adhere to the political nature,people-orientation,and professionalism(hereinafter referred to as the"three characteristics").Based on the perspective of China′s modernization construction,and combined with relevant theories and empirical facts,this article explains from a theoretical perspective why,what,and how to adhere to the"three characteristics"for the high-quality development of China′s insurance industry.First,by comparing and analyzing the differences in political nature in the Chinese and Western market economies,it explains the important guarantee and guiding role of adhering to political nature in the high-quality development of the insurance industry with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,based on the analysis of the theories and methods of Marxist political economics,dialectical materialism,and historical materialism,it provides a theoretical and practical basis for adhering to the people orientation in the process of high-quality development of the insurance industry with Chinese characteristics.Finally,using the perspective of the dynamic structural equilibrium of China′s insurance supply and demand,it demonstrates the significance and development opportunities of adhering to and practicing professionalism in the high-quality development of the insurance industry with Chinese characteristics.
