摘　　要：走和平发展道路的中国式现代化是中国式现代化在人类命运共同体维度上本质要求的路径表达。和平发展道路作为中国式现代化建设宏大叙事置于宪法逻辑中的一类价值样态,往往依托相关宪法规范设定以及变迁,成就其根本法规范基础并实现同步更新。相应的宪法价值构造不妨依托主旨意涵、宪法价值要素及其宪法价值导向要义,从价值层面围绕现行宪法蕴含的和平发展理念来具体解析。作为目的性价值的和平道路现代化和作为道德性价值的发展道路现代化成就了所涉主旨意涵的二元面向,并分别指向文明、安全与主权宪法价值要素,以及协同、可持续与互利共赢宪法价值要素。最终可以之为例证,探究其他特征面向的中国式现代化置于宪法逻辑中的理想模式预期。The Chinese path to modernization of peaceful development is the route expression of essential requirement of Chinese path to modernization in the dimension of human destiny community.The path of peaceful development as a kind of value pattern of the grand narrative of Chinese path to modernization construction in the constitutional logic,it often relies on the setting and change of relevant constitutional norms to achieve its normative basis of fundamental lawand implementing synchronous renewal.The corresponding constitutional value structure maybe specifically analyze the peaceful development concept contained in the current constitution from the value level relying on the main implication,the constitutional value element and its constitutional value orientationessence.The modernization of peaceful path as purpose value and the modernization of development path as moral value have achieved the two-dimensional orientation of the main implication involved,and respectively point to the constitutional value element of civilization,security and sovereignty,as well as the constitutional value element of synergy,sustainability and mutual benefit.Finally,it is used as an example to explore the ideal model expectation in the constitutional logic of Chinese modernization with other characteristic orientations.
