人性化护理管理在小儿肺炎康复护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理管理在小儿肺炎康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月至2023年12月本院收治的80例小儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,依据双盲抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组均为40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理管理,分析比较两组的治疗配合度、各项病情恢复时间、护理满意度等护理效果。结果:研究组患儿治疗配合度为85.00%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿各项病情恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属从尊重个体护理需求、整体性护理关怀、护理细节完善性、与家属共同决策方面的护理满意度评价值均显著高于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理管理在小儿肺炎康复护理中的实施可明显提高其配合度,促进病情恢复,提高家属护理满意度,提升患者生活质量。Objective:Exploring the application effect of humanized nursing management in the rehabilitation nursing of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:80 pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using a double-blind lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received humanized nursing management on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects,such as treatment cooperation,recovery time of various conditions,and nursing satisfaction,were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment cooperation rate of the study group was 85.00%,significantly higher than 50.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The recovery time of various conditions in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction evaluation values of the research group s family members in respect of individual nursing needs,holistic nursing care,completeness of nursing details,and joint decision-making with family members were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanized nursing management in the rehabilitation nursing of pediatric pneumonia can significantly improve its cooperation,promote disease recovery,improve family nursing satisfaction,and enhance patient quality of life.It is worth promoting and applying widely in clinical practice.
