顺产分娩采取责任制专人陪伴分娩护理模式对产妇产程的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨顺产分娩采取责任制专人陪伴分娩护理模式对产妇产程的影响。方法:选择2022年1月至2023年12月在本院分娩的产妇80例,随机分为两组,对照组40例实施常规分娩护理,研究组40例实施责任制专人陪伴分娩护理模式。比较两组产程时间、第二产程疼痛程度、分娩方式及分娩结局。结果:研究组各产程时间较对照组短,第二产程疼痛程度较对照组轻,转剖宫产分娩率、新生儿窒息率较对照组低,自然分娩率较对照组高,产后出血量较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:责任制专人陪伴分娩护理模式可明显缩短产程,缓解产程疼痛程度,提升自然分娩率,改善分娩结局。Objective:To explore the impact of adopting a responsibility based and dedicated person accompanying delivery nursing model during natural childbirth on the delivery process of parturients.Methods:Eighty parturients who gave birth in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)received routine delivery care,while the study group(40 cases)received a responsibility system of dedicated person accompanying delivery care.Compare the duration of labor,degree of pain in the second stage of labor,delivery method,and delivery outcome between two groups.Results:The duration of each stage of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the degree of pain in the second stage of labor was milder than that in the control group.The rate of conversion to cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia were lower than those in the control group,and the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group.Postpartum bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The responsibility based dedicated person accompanying delivery nursing model can significantly shorten the delivery process,alleviate the degree of labor pain,improve the natural delivery rate,and improve delivery outcomes.
