摘　　要：布鲁菌病是一种常见的人畜共患传染病,其致病病原菌为革兰阴性、兼性厌氧胞内寄生菌。布鲁菌感染后病程长且反复发作,常累及全身多个器官系统,其中以骨关节受累最常见,反复慢性感染可导致各种心血管并发症,虽然布鲁菌病心血管并发症发病率仅为3%,但却是导致患者死亡的主要原因,而决定患者预后的关键为早期正确诊断、外科手术联合抗感染治疗。本文对布鲁菌病心血管损害的临床分型、临床表现、诊疗现状等进行了综述,旨在提高对布鲁菌病心血管损害的早期诊治,减少误诊及漏诊率,改善患者的预后及生存。Brucellosis is the most common zoonosis worldwide.The course of Brucella infection is long and recurrent,often involving multiple organs and systems of the whole body;among which,brucellosis osteoarthropathy damage is the most common.Repeated chronic infection can lead to various cardiovascular complications.Although cardiovascular complications in human brucellosis comprise only 3%of morbidity,they are the principal cause of death.Early diagnosis and treatment of surgery combined with anti-infection is the key to a good prognosis of patients.The article reviews the clinical classification,clinical manifestations,and current status of diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular damage in brucellosis,in order to improve the early diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular damage in brucellosis,reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and improve the prognosis and survival of patients.
