摘　　要：在当前全球公共卫生政策的背景下,肝棘球蚴病作为一种重要的人畜共患病,在中国等发展中国家,由于地理环境、生活习惯等因素,肝棘球蚴病的发病率较高。然而,目前对于肝棘球蚴病的发病机制以及有效防治手段的研究仍然不足,尤其是对于先天淋巴样细胞在肝棘球蚴病发病机制及治疗手段中的作用尚未明确。本文以先天淋巴样细胞为研究对象,探讨其在肝棘球蚴病发病机制中的作用。通过对先天淋巴样细胞的生物学特性进行深入研究,揭示了其在免疫应答及治疗机制中的重要作用。研究了先天淋巴样细胞在肝棘球蚴病发病过程中的变化规律,探索基因编辑对先天淋巴样细胞功能的调控作用。结合临床,分析了先天淋巴样细胞在肝棘球蚴病患者中的情况,以及其与肝纤维化等并发症的关系。Against the backdrop of current global public health policies,hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(HAE)emerges as a substantial zoonotic disease,particularly prevalent in developing countries such as China,attributable to factors like geographical environment and lifestyle.However,current research on the pathogenesis of HAE and effective therapeutic strategies remains insufficient.Specifically,the role of innate lymphoid cells in the pathogenic mechanisms and treatment modalities of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis has yet to be precisely defined.This paper directs its focus toward innate lymphoid cells as the subject of investigation,scrutinizing their role in the pathogenesis of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.Through an in-depth exploration of the biological characteristics of innate lymphoid cells,their significant contribution to both the immune response and treatment mechanisms is elucidated.The study examines the dynamic changes in innate lymphoid cells throughout the course of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis and investigates the regulatory effects of gene editing on the functionality of these cells.By integrating clinical perspectives,the paper analyzes the status of innate lymphoid cells in HAE patients and their correlation with complications,such as hepatic fibrosis.
