摘 要:随着人工智能的日益成熟,在脑血管介入诊疗中应用人工智能的临床案例数正在日益增加。作者检索了自2011年至今发表的相关文献后,对迄今为止人工智能于脑血管介入诊疗中的应用进展进行了初步总结。人工智能于介入诊疗的应用呈现算法多元化的趋势,但是大多数应用集中于术前,部分与术后相关,应用于术中的较少。对于未来算法开发方向,主流学者大多聚焦于构建术中自动化决策模型和开发低年资介入医生培训算法。人工智能于脑血管介入方面无疑具有广阔的应用前景。With the increasing maturity of artificial intelligence(AI),the number of clinical cases applying AI in cerebrovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment has been progressively increasing.After reviewing relevant literature published since 2011,this article provides a preliminary summary of AI applications in cerebrovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment to date.Current AI applications in this field predominantly focus on preoperative planning,with some postoperative applications and limited intraoperative applications,while demonstrating diversified algorithmic approaches.For future algorithm development,mainstream scholars predominantly focus on constructing intraoperative automated decision-making models and developing training algorithms for junior interventional physicians.AI undoubtedly holds broad application prospects in cerebrovascular interventional procedures.
