摘　　要：本文收集1例血液透析合并房扑患者的病史、治疗经过,分析血液透析对药物清除的影响、血液透析合并房颤/房扑患者抗凝药物的使用等。通过对该病例的分析,为临床治疗血液透析合并房颤/房扑患者提供理论基础和实践经验。This article collected the medical history and treatment process of a patient with hemodialysis combined with atrial flutter,analyzed the effect of hemodialysis on drug clearance and the use of anticoagulant drugs in hemodialysis patients with atrial fibrillation/atrial flutter.By analyzing this case,it provides theoretical basis and practical experience for clinical treatment of hemodialysis patients with atrial fibrillation/atrial flutter.
