摘　　要：目的分析苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合辛伐他汀治疗老年单纯性收缩期高血压合并高胆固醇血症的效果。方法纳入2020年1月至12月经体检检出的88例老年单纯性收缩期高血压合并高胆固醇血症患者为研究对象,以治疗方案的差异将其分为常规组(44例,辛伐他汀治疗)和观察组(44例,苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合辛伐他汀治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平均显著低于常规组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)水平均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的收缩压(SBP)显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合辛伐他汀治疗老年单纯性收缩期高血压合并高胆固醇血症的效果显著,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of amlodipine besylate tablets combined with simvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension complicated with hypercholesterolemia.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension complicated with hypercholesterolemia detected by physical examination from January to December 2020 were included as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan,the patients were divided into conventional group(44 cases,simvastatin treatment)and observation group(44 cases,amlodipine besylate tablets combined with simvastatin treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the high density lipoprotein(HDL)level was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1(TIMP-1),matrix metalloprotein-9(MMP-9)and soluble CD40 ligand(sCD40L)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine besylate tablets combined with simvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension complicated with hypercholesterolemia has significant effect and high safety.
