摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定结合表面麻醉在白内障手术中的应用效果及对氧化应激、眼压的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月收治的80例白内障手术患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予表面麻醉,观察组给予右美托咪定结合表面麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果手术开始时(T_(1))、术毕(T_(2)),观察组的语言描述评分法(VRS)评分低于对照组,Ramsay评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。T_(1)、T_(2),观察组的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)低于对照组(P<0.05)。T_(1)、T_(2),观察组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。T_(1)、T_(2),观察组的眼内压(IOP)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的躁动发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定结合表面麻醉可提高白内障手术患者的麻醉效果,维持血流动力学稳定,也能减轻机体应激反应,降低IOP,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine combined with surface anesthesia in cataract surgery and its influences on oxidative stress and intraocular pressure.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing cataract surgery admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given surface anesthesia,and the observation group was given dexmedetomidine combined with surface anesthesia.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At the beginning of operation(T_(1))and the end of operation(T_(2)),the Verbal Rating Scale(VRS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Ramsay score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At T_(1) and T_(2),the heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At T_(1) and T_(2),the superoxide dismutase(SOD)level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the malonaldehyde(MDA)level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At T_(1) and T_(2),the intraocular pressure(IOP)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of agitation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with surface anesthesia can improve the anesthetic effect of patients undergoing cataract surgery,maintain hemodynamic stability,relieve the body's stress response,and reduce IOP,which is worthy of promotion.
