摘　　要：目的探究环泊酚复合羟考酮麻醉用于宫腔镜手术的效果。方法将2022年9月至2023年9月择期行宫腔镜手术的60例患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组实施丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉,试验组实施环泊酚复合羟考酮麻醉。比较两组的手术时间、有效麻醉维持时间、脑电双频谱指数(BIS)、心率、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的有效麻醉维持时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。术后15 min(T_(4)),试验组的BIS高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。睫毛反射消失时(T_(1))~T_(4),试验组的心率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T_(1)~T_(4),试验组的SBP高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T_(1)~T_(4),试验组的DBP高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的呼吸抑制、注射痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论环泊酚复合羟考酮麻醉应用在宫腔镜手术中具有良好的效果,患者生命体征稳定,呼吸抑制、注射痛等不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To explore the effect of cipepofol combined with oxycodone anesthesia for hysteroscopic surgery.Methods From September 2022 to September 2023,60 patients undergoing elective hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia,and the experimental group was given cipepofol combined with oxycodone anesthesia.The operation time,effective anesthesia maintenance time,bispectral index(BIS),heart rate,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the effective anesthesia maintenance time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 15 min after operation(T_(4)),the BIS of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From eyelash reflex disappeared(T_(1))to T_(4),the heart rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From T_(1) to T_(4),the SBP of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From T_(1) to T_(4),the DBP of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of respiratory depression and injection pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cipepofol combined with oxycodone anesthesia applied in hysteroscopic surgery has a good effect.The patients'vital signs are stable,and the incidences of adverse reactions such as respiratory depression and injection pain is low.The anesthetic method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
