摘　　要：目的分析病理HE石蜡切片染色联合免疫组化染色方法检验对提高胃肠道间叶源性肿瘤诊断准确性的作用。方法选取我院2021年1月至12月收治的62例胃肠道间叶源性肿瘤患者为研究对象,均行病理HE石蜡切片染色与免疫组化染色方法检验,比较两种检查技术单独与联合应用时的诊断效能。结果病理HE石蜡切片染色、免疫组化染色联合检验诊断胃肠道间叶源性肿瘤的准确度、灵敏度均显著高于单独检验(P<0.05);病理HE石蜡切片染色检验诊断胃肠道间叶源性肿瘤的特异度显著高于免疫组化染色(P<0.05)。结论病理HE石蜡切片染色联合免疫组化染色可提高胃肠道间叶源性肿瘤诊断准确性,为患者的早期治疗提供依据。Objective To analyze the effect of pathological HE paraffin section staining combined with immunohistochemical staining on improving the diagnostic accuracy of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors.Methods A total of 62 patients with gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors admitted in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent pathological HE paraffin section staining and immunohistochemical staining,the diagnostic efficacy of the two examination techniques alone and in combination was compared.Results The accuracy and sensitivity of combined test pathological HE paraffin section staining and immunohistochemical staining in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors were significantly higher than those of single test(P<0.05);the specificity of pathological HE paraffin section staining in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors was significantly higher than that of immunohistochemical staining(P<0.05).Conclusion Pathological HE paraffin section staining combined with immunohistochemical staining can improve the diagnostic accuracy of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors and provide a basis for early treatment of patients.
