基于数据挖掘探讨法半夏成药的配伍规律及应用特点

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘探讨含法半夏方剂的配伍规律及应用特点,为法半夏的合理使用和新药研发提供数据支撑。方法以药智网数据库收录的含法半夏方剂作为研究对象。统计含法半夏方剂的中药频次、性味归经、主治疾病,并对高频药物进行关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果共涉及中药303味,所有中药累计使用1979次,常用于治疗痰多咳喘,痰饮眩悸,风痰眩晕,痰厥头痛等。含法半夏方剂中累计频次最高的前6味中药分别是法半夏、甘草、陈皮、茯苓、桔梗、白术;药性以温、平为主;药味以辛、甘、苦为主;归经以脾、胃、肺经最为常见。法半夏常与理气药、补气药、发散风寒药等联合使用。高频中药关联规则分析得到常用药对,如“法半夏-甘草”“法半夏-陈皮”“陈皮-茯苓-法半夏”等。聚类分析显示,含法半夏常用方为六君子汤加减方和二陈汤加减方。结论法半夏主要与理气药、补气药、发散风寒药等药配伍,为法半夏的科学用药和新药研发提供了新思路。Objective To discusses the compatibility rule and application characteristics of formulas containing Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum based on data mining,so as to provide data support for clinical rational use of Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum and research and development of new Chinese medicines.Methods The prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines containing Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum collected on the database of Yaozhi network were taken as the research object.The frequency of chinese medicine,taste and attributive channel,main treatment diseases of traditional Chinese medicine containing Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum were counted,and the association rules analysis and cluster analysis of high-frequency medicines were carried out.Results A total of 303 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were involved,and all the traditional Chinese medicines were used for 1979 times,which were commonly used to treat phlegm cough and asthma,phlegm and dizziness,wind phlegm vertigo,phlegm headache and so on.The top six traditional Chinese medicines containing Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum with the highest cumulative frequency are Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Poria,Platycodonis Radix and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma;the medicinal properties are mainly warm and flat;the medicinal tastes are mainly pungent,sweet and bitter;the meridian distribution are most common in spleen,stomach and lung.Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum is often used in combination with Qi-regulating drugs,Qi-tonifying drugs and wind-cold dispersing drugs.Commonly used drug pairs were obtained by association rule analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,such as"Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma""Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium""Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Poria-Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum"and so on.Cluster analysis showed that the commonly used prescriptions of Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum were Liujunzi decoction and Erche
