摘　　要：目的探讨改良八段锦在重症肺炎机械通气患者早期康复中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年5月收治的60例重症肺炎机械通气患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上练习改良八段锦。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的机械通气时间、ICU住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的吸痰次数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的医学研究理事会评分(MRC)高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论改良八段锦可缩短重症肺炎机械通气患者的机械通气时间及ICU住院时间,减少吸痰次数,提高肌力。Objective To investigate the application effect of modified Baduanjin in early rehabilitation of patients with severe pneumonia mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe pneumonia mechanical ventilation from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group practiced modified Baduanjin on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of sputum suction in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Medical Research Council Score(MRC)of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Modified Baduanjin can shorten the mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time of patients with severe pneumonia mechanical ventilation,reduce the number of sputum suction,and improve muscle strength.
