正性心理暗示联合同伴支持护理对子宫内膜癌患者心理韧性及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨正性心理暗示联合同伴支持护理对子宫内膜癌患者心理韧性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2023年4月收治的84例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(42例,常规护理)与试验组(42例,常规护理+正性心理暗示+同伴支持护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,试验组的心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)各维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的总依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)各维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的疾病不确定感量表(MUIS-A)各维度评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正性心理暗示联合同伴支持护理可增强子宫内膜癌患者的心理韧性、遵医行为及自护能力,降低疾病不确定感,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of positive psychological suggestion combined with peer support nursing on psychological resilience and quality of life in patients with endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 84 patients with endometrial cancer admitted from July 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group(42 cases,routine nursing)and experimental group(42 cases,routine nursing+positive psychological suggestion+peer support nursing).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale-Adult(MUIS-A)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological suggestion combined with peer support nursing can enhance the psychological resilience,compliance behavior and self-care ability of patients with endometrial cancer,reduce the uncertainty of disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
