摘　　要：目的探究任务导向性康复护理结合聚焦解决模式对胫骨平台骨折术后患者康复锻炼执行情况及功能恢复的影响。方法选择2022年1月至12月我院收治的100例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组术后接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施任务导向性康复护理结合聚焦解决模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的积极举动、康复锻炼配合度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)、Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论任务导向性康复护理结合聚焦解决模式用于胫骨平台骨折患者术后护理中可缓解焦虑状态,改善心理韧性,提高康复锻炼执行效果,促进功能恢复,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of task-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with focused solution mode on rehabilitation exercise and functional recovery in patients with tibial plateau fracture after operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the observation group was given task-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with focused solution mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of active behavior and rehabilitation exercise cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Extremity(FMA-LE)and Lysholm knee function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Task-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with focused solution mode applied in postoperative nursing of patients with tibial plateau fracture can relieve anxiety,improve psychological resilience,enhance the implementation effect of rehabilitation exercise and promote functional recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
