中医穴位按摩联合情景模拟式康复护理对智力低下患儿认知及社会适应能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中医穴位按摩联合情景模拟式康复护理对智力低下患儿认知及社会适应能力的影响。方法选择2021年2月至2023年3月我院收治的300例智力低下患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组150例。对照组接受常规康复干预联合情景模拟式康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施中医穴位按摩。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的智力发展指数(MDI)、Griffiths发育评估量表-中文版(GDS-C)评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的儿童适应行为测定量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位按摩联合情景模拟式康复护理用于智力低下患儿护理中,可调节神经因子水平,改善认知水平,提高社会适应能力,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with scenario simulation rehabilitation nursing on cognition and social adaptability of children with intellectual disability.Methods A total of 300 children with intellectual disability admitted in our hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention combined with scenario simulation rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Mental Development Index(MDI)and Griffiths Mental Development Scales-Chinese Version(GDS-C)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of children's adaptive behavior scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with scenario simulation rehabilitation nursing applied in the nursing of children with intellectual disability can regulate the level of nerve factors,improve the cognitive level and elevate the social adaptability,which is worthy of promotion.
