摘　　要：目的探究基于Orem理论护理模式结合健康行为管理对慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者疾病自我管理能力及复发率的影响。方法选择2022年1月至2023年2月收治的92例CPID患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组46例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上加施基于Orem理论护理模式结合健康行为管理。比较两组的疾病自我管理能力、疾病控制和复发情况、健康行为执行效果。结果干预后,观察组的成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)各维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的疾病控制率高于对照组,疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的行为规范执行情况、日常行为配合度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Orem理论护理模式结合健康行为管理用于CPID患者的护理中,可提高患者的健康行为执行效果及疾病自我管理能力,改善疾病控制率,降低复发率,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of nursing model based on Orem theory combined with health behavior management on disease self-management ability and recurrence rate of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods A total of 92 patients with CPID admitted from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing model based on Orem theory combined with health behavior management on the basis of the control group's nursing program.The disease self-management ability,disease control and recurrence,and health behavior execution effect were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Adults Health Self-Management Skill Rating Scale(AHSMSRS)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disease control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the disease recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of implementation of behavioral norms and daily behavior coordination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model based on Orem theory combined with health behavior management used in the nursing of CPID patients can improve the health behavior execution effect and disease self-management ability of patients,improve the disease control rate and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worth promoting.
