摘　　要：耳鸣耳聋是耳鼻喉科发病率较高的一种疾病,其发病机制较为复杂,西医治疗效果不理想,针灸具有治疗效果显著、不良反应小、操作简单的优点。现收集近5年来关于针灸治疗耳聋耳鸣特色疗法的文献,主要从特色针刺和特色艾灸的角度进行探讨,旨在为科研及临床工作者治疗耳鸣耳聋提供新的思路。Tinnitus and deafness is a disease with a high incidence in otolaryngology department.Its pathogenesis is complex,and the effect of western medicine is not ideal.Acupuncture and moxibustion have the advantages of significant therapeutic effect,small adverse reactions and simple operation.This paper collects the literature on the characteristic therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of deafness and tinnitus in the past five years,mainly from the perspective of characteristic acupuncture and moxibustion,aiming to provide new ideas for scientific research and clinical workers to treat tinnitus and deafness.
