一例高热幅冷凝集素患者心脏手术围术期输血分析

摘　　要：本文患儿在手术备血时发现体内存在高热辐冷凝集素,使用试管法对患儿体内冷凝集素进行效价及热幅检测,确定最低安全手术及输血温度阈值,患儿在高于该热幅值温度时进行手术及输血,并监测输血后相关指标,最终患儿手术顺利,术中及术后无任何输血反应。对存在高热幅冷凝集素心脏手术患者,应确定体内冷凝集素热幅值,确保术中最低温度高于该热幅值,且输血时加温输注,确保心脏手术患者安全。In this study,the child was found to have high thermal amplitude cold agglutinin in their bodies during the preparation of blood for surgery,and the potency and heat amplitude of the cold agglutinin were detected using the test-tube method.to determine the minimum safe surgical and transfusion temperature thresholds.and the child was operated and transfused at temperatures higher than the heat amplitude.and the relevant indexes were monitored after transfusion,and the child eventually underwent surgery smoothly without any transfusion reactions during and after the operation.For cardiac surgery patients with high thermal amplitude of cold agglutinin,the thermal amplitude of cold agglutinin in the body should be determined to ensure that the minimum intrao perative temperature was higher than the thermal amplitude,and blood transfusion should be warmed to ensure thesafetyofcardiacsurgerypatients.
