重视“异病同治”理论在泌尿男科领域的应用

摘　　要：通过复习“异病同治”理论及探讨历代医家的阐述与运用,对“异病同治”的基本概念、核心内涵及历史沿革进行简介和分析,继而提出“异病同治”理论将助力泌尿男科临床的观点;同时指出需进一步结合多学科研究手段对泌尿男科疾病“异病同治”的科学内涵予以探索,基于循证医学探讨其有效性和安全性,并建议基于该理论逐步形成中成药“异病同治”泌尿男科疾病的相关共识,以提高临床疗效。By reviewing the theory of“homotherapy for heteropathy”and studying the explanations and experiences of medical practitioners throughout history,this article gave a brief description and analysis for the basic concepts,core connotations,and historical evolution of“homotherapy for heteropathy”theory,and thereby proposed that the theory of“homotherapy for heteropathy”was beneficial for the clinical practice of urology and andrology.It was necessary to further explore the scientific connotation of“homotherapy for heteropathy”for urological and andrological diseases in combination with multidisciplinary research means,and clarify its effectiveness and safety based on evidence-based medicine,as well as gradually develop a consensus on“homotherapy for heteropathy”for urological and andrological diseases with traditional Chinese patent medicines so as to improve clinical efficacy.
