摘 要:目的探讨游泳运动联合药物干预对CAP大鼠前列腺组织中Nrf2/ARE信号通路的影响。方法SD雄性大鼠分为正常组、模型组、游泳组、药物组、联合组,10只/组,建模成功后,联合组、游泳组进行游泳运动;联合组、药物组给予前列舒通胶囊水溶液灌胃,正常组、模型组、游泳组给予生理盐水灌胃,1次/d,持续4周。分别用Western blotting和ELISA检测前列腺组织内Nrf2、HO-1、NQO-1蛋白表达及TNF-α、IL-2、IL-10水平,进行白细胞计数并观察病理学改变。结果与药物组比较,联合组Nrf2、HO-1和NQO-1表达、IL-10水平显著升高(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-2水平、白细胞计数显著降低(P<0.05),前列腺组织炎症缓解程度更明显。结论游泳运动与药物联合干预对CAP大鼠炎症缓解效果更显著,其作用机制可能与运动增强CAP大鼠Nrf2/ARE信号通路表达有关。Objective To investigate the effects of combined swimming exercise and drug intervention on the Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway in CAP rats.Methods Male SD rats were divided into normal group,model group,swimming group,drug group,and combination group,with 10 rats per group.After successful modeling,the combination group and swimming group underwent swimming exercise,the combination group and drug group were given oral administration of Qianlie Shutong Capsule aqueous solution,while the normal group,model group,and swimming group with physiological saline solution once a day for 4 weeks.Western blotting method was used to detect the expression of Nrf2,HO-1,and NQO-1 proteins,ELISA was used to detect the levels of TNF-α,IL-2,and IL-10,and white blood cell count was performed to observe pathological changes in prostate tissue.Results Compared with the drug group,the expression of Nrf2,HO-1,NQO-1 and IL-10 levels were significantly increased in the combination group(P<0.05),but the levels of TNF-α,IL-2 and white blood cell count were significantly decreased(P<0.05),their prostate tissue inflammation was prominently attenuated.Conclusion The combined treatment of swimming exercise and medication has a more significant anti-inflammatory effect on CAP rats,and its mechanism may be related to the enhanced expression of Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway in CAP rats.
