基于红外热成像技术探讨勃起功能障碍患者焦虑状态下相关经穴皮肤温度的变化

摘　　要：目的观察并归纳焦虑状态下勃起功能障碍患者红外热成像图谱的特征表现。方法选取2022年6月至2023年2月于我院男科就诊的符合纳入标准的患者60例,其中观察组(GAD-7≥4)和对照组(GAD-7<4)各30例。对两组患者红外热成像图谱的相关经穴、区位皮肤温度及温差进行对比分析。结果两组间比较,观察组神阙温度较低(P<0.05),掌心温度较高(P<0.05),神阙与额部、神阙与太阳温差较大(P<0.05)。经统计学分析,观察组GAD-7与太阳温度(r=0.347,P=0.043)、神阙与额部温差(r=-0.674,P=0.000)、神阙与太阳温差(r=-0.581,P=0.001)均呈正相关性。结论勃起功能障碍患者焦虑状态下红外热成像图谱具有神阙穴低温,神阙与额部、神阙与太阳的温差绝对值明显升高的特点,可为临床诊断勃起功能障碍患者焦虑状态提供客观依据。Objective To observe and summarize the characteristic of infrared thermal imaging spectrum in patients with erectile dysfunction under anxiety.Methods A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and visited our hospital's andrology department from June 2022 to February 2023 were selected,with 30 cases in both the observation group(GAD-7≥4)and the control group(GAD-7<4).The relevant acupoints,local skin temperature,and temperature differences in the infrared thermal imaging spectrum of the patients between two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower Shenque temperature(P<0.05),higher palm temperature(P<0.05),and larger temperature differences between Shenque and forehead or between Shenque and temple(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that GAD-7 in the observation group was positively correlated with temple temperature(r=0.347,P=0.043),the temperature difference between Shenque and forehead(r=-0.674,P=0.000),and the temperature difference between Shenque and temple(r=-0.581,P=0.001).Conclusion The infrared thermography spectrum of patients with erectile dysfunction under anxiety has the characteristics of low temperature of Shenque acupoint,and high absolute value temperature differences between Shenque and frontal,and Shenque and the temple,which can provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis of anxiety state in patients with erectile dysfunction.
