摘  要:本研究对‘红阳’猕猴桃基因组鉴定得到219个AP2/ERF家族基因,对其进行了多序列比对,并构建系统发育进化树。根据序列所包含的保守结构域和motif进行分类鉴定,确立猕猴桃AP2/ERF家族可以分为AP2、ERF和RAV 3类,AP2分类中包含40个基因,而RAV中只有4个,ERF序列较多,分为9个子类。顺式作用元件分析显示,该家族基因参与多种植物激素途径,参与植物的生长发育以及对各种外界胁迫响应。通过共线性分析证实了该家族通过基因复制事件进行扩张。通过基因表达模式分析发现,在果实成熟过程中有123个基因差异表达。本研究为AP2/ERF基因家族的研究和猕猴桃基因家族分析提供参考。In this study,219 genes of AP2/ERF family were identified in the genome of'Hongyang'kiwifruit.The multiple sequence alignment was performed and a phylogenetic evolutionary tree constructed.Based on the conserved structural domains and motifs contained in the sequences,it was established that the kiwifruit AP2/ERF family could be classified into AP2,ERF and RAV,with 40 genes in the AP2 classification and only 4 in RAV,and more ERF sequences divided into 9 subclasses.Analysis of cis-acting progenitors showed that this family is involved in a variety of phytohormone pathways that are involved in plant growth and development as well as in response to various external stresses.The expansion of gene family through gene duplication events was confirmed by collinearity analysis.Through gene expression pattern analysis,123 genes differentially expressed during fruit ripening.This study provides a reference for the study of the AP2/ERF gene family and the analysis of the kiwifruit gene family.
