摘 要:为了探究枣树杂交后代叶片表型性状的遗传变异规律,2019—2020年连续2年对‘JMS2’ב交城5号’140株杂交F1代的叶片分离规律进行研究。结果表明:(1)9个叶片大小性状变异系数幅度为7.67%~31.50%,叶形指数的变异系数最小,2年间均值7.86%。叶柄面积、叶面积变异系数较大,2年均值分别为28.53%、24.95%;(2)叶片厚度的平均值大于中亲值,且超高亲率两年均值较高,叶片厚度呈趋大变异。叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶柄长、叶柄宽、叶柄面积、叶柄指数的子代平均值明显低于低亲值,且超高亲单株不超过3株,呈现出明显的趋小变异;(3)子代叶尖形状符合1∶1分离规律,推测可能是受到一对等位基因调控的质量性状,子代叶长、叶宽、叶形指数、叶面积、叶片厚度、叶柄长、叶柄宽、叶柄指数、叶柄面积等性状均呈现正态分布,推测为受多基因调控的数量性状。本研究为枣树杂交后代的综合评价利用提供参考依据。In order to explore the genetic variation of the leaf phenotypic traits in jujube hybrids,the leaf separation law of the 140 hybrid F1generation of'JMS2'×'Jiaocheng5'was studied for two consecutive years from 2019 to 2020.The results showed that:(1)The range of variation coefficient of 9 leaf size traits were from 7.67%to 31.50%,and the variation coefficient of leaf shape index was the smallest,with an average value of 7.86%in two years.The variation coefficient of petiole area and leaf area is relatively large,and the two-year average values are 28.53%and24.95%respectively;(2)The average leaf thickness is greater than the middle parent value,and the two-year average value of the ultra-high parental rate is 51.24%,which indicated that the leaf thickness shows a tendency to become larger.The average progeny values of leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,petiole length,petiole width,petiole area,and petiole index are significantly lower than the low parent value,and there are no more than 3 super-high parent plants,showing an obvious trend of reduction;(3)The shape of the leaf tip of the offspring conforms to the rule of 1:1 separation.It is speculated that it may be a quality trait regulated by a pair of alleles.The offspring leaf length,leaf width,leaf shape index,leaf area,leaf thickness,petiole length,petiole width,traits such as petiole index and petiole area showed a normal distribution,which was speculated to be a quantitative trait regulated by multiple genes.This study provides a reference for the comprehensive evaluation and utilization of jujube hybrid progeny.
