摘 要:目前,提高菜籽含油量仍是油菜育种的主要目标之一,菜籽含油量的提高有助于增加油菜种植的经济效益,对于推动油菜产业发展具有十分重要的现实意义。‘扬油12号’是以‘扬M1380’作为母本,以油菜和白芥远缘杂交后代‘10GC8’作为父本进行杂交,经过多代筛选鉴定,获得了稳定的高含油、黄籽性状。该品种在2017年和2018年参加江苏省油菜联合鉴定试验,2年平均产量为179.26 kg/667 m^(2),生育期240 d,株高为183.75 cm,一次有效分枝数为9.67个,全株有效角果数为466.22个,角果长度9.75 cm,每角粒数22.99粒,千粒重4.24 g,芥酸含量0.24%,硫苷含量24.15μmol/g,含油量49.91%。该品种菌核病低感,抗倒性较强,角果抗裂性较好,适宜在江苏及气候相似的地区进行轻简高效栽培推广。At present,increasing seed oil content of rapeseed is still one of the main breeding objectives,and it can improve economic benefits of rapeseed cultivation,which is of great practical importance to promote the development of rapeseed industry.'Yangyou12'derived from the cross between'Yang M1380'as female parent and'10GC8'which was the progeny of intergeneric hybrid between Brassica napus and Sinapis alba as male parent.After multiple generations of selection and identification,the variety with stable high oil content and yellow-seeded trait were obtained.The variety participated in the joint identification test of rapeseed varieties in Jiangsu Province in 2017 and 2018.The 2-year average yield of this variety was 179.26 kg/667 m~2.The growth period was 240 days.The plant height was 183.75 cm,the number of primary branches was 9.67,the number of effective pods per plant was 466.22,the pod length was 9.75 cm,the seed number per pod was 22.99,the 1000-seed weight was 4.24 g,the erucic acid content was 0.24%,the glucosinolate content was 24.15μmol/g,and the oil content was 49.91%.This variety has low susceptibility to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,good lodging and pod shattering resistance.It is suitable for convenient and highly efficient cultivation in Jiangsu and similar climate regions.
