摘 要:以‘东农1号’紫花苜蓿为试验材料,设置喷施蒸馏水和100μmol/L茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理,测定4℃、自然干旱及150 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫0、1、3、5和7 d后紫花苜蓿幼苗中丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及恢复7 d后的存活率,探讨外源MeJA对低温、干旱和Na Cl胁迫下紫花苜蓿幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:外源MeJA处理可以降低低温、干旱和Na Cl胁迫紫花苜蓿中MDA含量,提高脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及SOD、POD和CAT等抗氧化酶活性,进而提高紫花苜蓿在逆境胁迫下的渗透调节能力和活性氧清除能力,提升逆境胁迫下紫花苜蓿的存活率,增强紫花苜蓿对低温、干旱和NaCl胁迫的耐受性。本研究可为外源MeJA缓解植物非生物胁迫损伤提供科学依据,为提高紫花苜蓿非生物抗性提供新的手段。Using Medicago sativa L.cv.'Dongnong No.1'as experimental material,the experimental material and treated with distilled water and 100μmol/L methyl jasmonate(MeJA).The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)in alfalfa seedlings were determined and their recovery after 0,1,3,5 and 7 days of natural drought and 150 mmol/L NaCl stress at 4℃.To investigate the effects of exogenous MeJA on physiological characteristics of alfalfa seedlings under low temperature,drought and NaCl stress.The results show that exogenous MeJA treatment can reduce the MDA content of alfalfa under low temperature,drought and NaCl stress,increase the contents of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein,and the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD,POD and CAT,so as to improve the osmotic regulation ability and active oxygen scavenging ability of alfalfa under stress.The survival rate of alfalfa under stress was improved,and the tolerance of alfalfa to low temperature,drought and NaCl stress was enhanced.These results can provide scientific basis for exogenous MeJA in alleviating plant abiotic stress damage,and provide a new method to improve abiotic stress resistance of alfalfa.
