外源褪黑素对低温胁迫下甘蓝幼苗生理特性的影响

摘  要:为研究外源褪黑素对低温胁迫下甘蓝幼苗生理特性的影响,本试验以‘秦甘50’作为试验材料,通过对其幼苗叶片喷施0(CK)、50、100、150、200μmol/L浓度外源褪黑素(MT)后,对其进行低温胁迫,研究不同浓度褪黑素对低温胁迫下甘蓝幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,在低温胁迫下处理组的相对电导率、丙二醛含量都显著低于CK,表现最好的均为150μmol/L MT,较于CK分别降低11.79%、9.87%;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸以及叶绿素含量均高于CK,前三者表现最好的浓度均为150μmol/L MT、后者表现最好的为100μmol/L MT,较于CK分别增高了315.91%、40.44%、289.26%、13.52%;抗氧化相关酶SOD、POD、CAT活性均显著高于对照组(CK),较于对照组CK其活性分别增高了17.50%、36.80%和20.56%。该结果说明外源MT能够有效地提高相关抗氧化酶活性以及叶绿素含量,减少电解质的外渗。综合来看,经过外源MT预处理能够有效缓解甘蓝幼苗期间低温胁迫的伤害,提高了甘蓝幼苗抗低温能力,且以浓度为150μmol/L效果最佳。研究结果可为提高甘蓝幼苗对低温的适应能力、保障甘蓝的生产提供理论依据。In order to study the effect of exogenous melatonin on the physiological characteristics of kale seedlings under low temperature stress,this experiment used'Qingan50'as the experimental material to study the effects of different concentrations of melatonin on the physiological characteristics of kale seedlings under low temperature stress by spraying them with 0(CK),50,100,150,200μmol/L concentration.The results showed that the relative conductivity and propylene ditaldehyde content of the treatment group under low temperature stress were significantly lower than CK,and the best performance was 150μmol/L MT,which was 11.79%lower than CK,9.87%lower.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline and chlorophyll were higher than those of CK,and the best performance of the first three was 150μmol/L MT,and the best performance of the latter was 100μmol/L MT,which were increased by 315.91%,40.44%,289.26%and 13.52%compared with CK,respectively.The activity of antioxidant-related enzymes SOD,POD and CAT was significantly higher than that of control group(CK),and the activity of CK was 17.50%,36.80%and 20.56%,respectively,higher than that of CK.It is shown that exogenous MT can effectively improve the activity of the relevant antioxidant enzymes and chlorophyll content,and reduce the exudation of electrolytes.On the whole,the pretreatment of exogenous MT can effectively alleviate the damage of low temperature stress during kale seedlings,improve the resistance of kale seedlings to low temperature,and have the best effect at concentration of 150μmol/L.The results of the study can provide a theoretical basis for improving the adaptability of kale seedlings to low temperature and ensuring the production of kale.
