摘 要:本研究旨在探讨药用植物提取物五味子乙素(Schisandrin B,Sch B)与有氧运动联合干预对肥胖大鼠脂肪代谢的调节作用。通过建立高脂饮食诱导的肥胖大鼠模型,分析五味子乙素在不同剂量(50,100,200 mg/kg)联合有氧运动对体重、血清脂代谢指标、肝脏脂质积累、氧化应激、炎症反应及脂代谢相关基因表达的影响。结果表明,五味子乙素与有氧运动联合使用显著降低了肥胖大鼠的体重,纠正了血清脂质代谢异常,减少了肝脏脂质积累。此外,五味子乙素显著提高了肝脏中抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px和CAT的活性,降低了MDA含量,减轻了氧化应激反应。同时,五味子乙素与有氧运动结合显著抑制了肝脏炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的表达,并通过激活AMPK信号通路,调节脂代谢基因C/EBPα、SREBP1c、ACC、FAS和CPT1α的转录,促进脂肪酸氧化,抑制脂肪生成。该研究表明,五味子乙素与有氧运动的协同作用能够有效改善肥胖引发的代谢紊乱,具有潜在的临床应用价值。This study aims to explore the regulatory effects of the medicinal plant extract Schisandrin B(Sch B)in combination with aerobic exercise on fat metabolism in obese rats.By establishing a high-fat diet-induced obesity rat model,the effects of different doses of Schisandrin B(50,100,200 mg/kg)combined with aerobic exercise on body weight,serum lipid metabolism indicators,liver lipid accumulation,oxidative stress,inflammation,and lipid metabolism-related gene expression were analyzed.The results showed that the combined use of Schisandrin B and aerobic exercise significantly reduced the body weight of obese rats,corrected abnormalities in serum lipid metabolism,and decreased liver lipid accumulation.In addition,Schisandrin B significantly increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD,GSH-Px,and CAT in the liver,reduced MDA levels,and alleviated oxidative stress.Schisandrin B combined with aerobic exercise also notably inhibited the expression of liver inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6.Furthermore,Schisandrin B activated the AMPK signaling pathway,regulated the transcription of lipid metabolism genes such as C/EBPα,SREBP1c,ACC,FAS,and CPT1α,promoted fatty acid oxidation,and inhibited fat synthesis.This study demonstrates that the synergistic effect of Schisandrin B and aerobic exercise can effectively improve metabolic disorders caused by obesity and holds potential clinical value.
