摘  要:以2个高山杜鹃园艺品种‘XXL’(Rhododendron‘XXL’)、‘粉千金’(Rhododendron‘Scintillation’)和1个高山杜鹃野生种马缨杜鹃(R.delavayi)为材料,设置了4个光强处理(CK:100%自然光强,L1:72.2%自然光强,L2:51.5%自然光强,L3:31.4%自然光强),探讨了不同光强对高山杜鹃生长和生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,100%自然光强不利于高山杜鹃生长,发生强光胁迫,使其株高降低,叶片数减少,叶面积减少;在处理光强范围内,叶片SOD活性、MDA、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均表现为随光照强度减弱而降低;在31.4%全光照条件下,高山杜鹃生长表现最好。因此,昆明地区30%左右全光照是高山杜鹃生长的较适光环境。此外,3种高山杜鹃对光环境的生长和生理反应有所差异,隶属函数综合评价结果显示,‘XXL’的光强适应性最好,更适合在昆明地区推广应用。Two horticultural species of Rhododendron'XXL'and Rhododendron'Scintillation'and a wild species of R.delavayi,were used as materials.Four light intensity treatments were set(CK:100%natural light intensity,L_1:72.2%natural light intensity,L_(2):51.5%natural light intensity,L_(3):31.4%natural light intensity).The effects of different light intensity were studied on growth,physiological and biochemical indexes of Rhododendron.The results showed that 100%natural light intensity was not conducive to the growth of Rhododendron,which would produce strong light stress and reduce plant height,leaf number and leaf area;in the range of light intensity,SOD activity,MDA,free proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein contents in leaves all decreased with the light intensity decreasing;under 31.4%full light condition,the growth performance of R hododendron was the best.Therefore,about 30%full light in Kunming was the suitable light environment for the growth of Rhododendron.In addition,the growth and physiological responses of the three species of Rhododendron to light environment were different,and the comprehensive evaluation results of membership function showed that Rhododendron'XXL'had the best adaptability to light intensity and was more suitable for promotion and application in Kunming.
