摘 要:本研究探讨了种业企业的供应链管理模式与优化策略,旨在提升供应链效率和市场竞争力。通过分析传统与现代供应链管理模式的优缺点,本研究提出信息化建设、协同管理、风险管理和成本控制是优化供应链管理的关键策略。并以隆平高科为案例,详细剖析其信息化系统的引入、合作伙伴关系的建立及风险预警系统的实施。研究结果显示,信息化建设可提升供应链透明度与响应速度,协同管理优化资源配置,风险管理增强供应链韧性,成本控制有效降低运营成本。本研究还总结了现有研究的局限性,并建议未来关注新兴技术应用、可持续供应链管理实践及实证数据的深入收集与分析。This study explores the supply chain management models and optimization strategies of seed enterprises,aiming to enhance supply chain efficiency and market competitiveness.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional and modern supply chain management models,the study identifies key strategies for optimization,including informatization,collaborative management,risk management,and cost control.Using Longping High-Tech as a case study,it provides an in-depth analysis of the implementation of informatization systems,the establishment of partnerships,and the development of risk warning systems.The findings indicate that informatization improves supply chain transparency and responsiveness,collaborative management optimizes resource allocation,risk management strengthens supply chain resilience,and cost control effectively reduces operational expenses.The study also highlights limitations in existing research and suggests future directions,including the application of emerging technologies,the practice of sustainable supply chain management,and the collection and analysis of empirical data.
