摘  要:某合成氨生产企业一套三废炉装置热效率偏低,主要体现在烟气氧含量高,排污率高,飞灰残碳含量高等。为了提升装置热效率,对三废炉装置运行情况,结合设计进行热力平衡测算,分析导致三废炉装置热效率下降的具体原因,通过消除漏灰漏气,增加炉膛高度等措施,提高三废炉装置经济效益。A set of three waste furnace equipment in a synthetic ammonia production enterprise has low thermal efficiency,mainly reflected in high oxygen content in flue gas,high blowdown rate,and high residual carbon content in fly ash.In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the equipment,thermal balance calculations were conducted based on the operation of the three waste furnace equipment and the design.The specific reasons for the decrease in thermal efficiency of the three waste furnace equipment were analyzed,and measures such as eliminating ash and gas leaks and increasing furnace height were taken to improve the economic benefits of the three waste furnace equipment.
