摘  要:为提高产能补充浙江石油化工有限公司氢气缺口,需在保证气化炉长周期运行的同时,运行三台气化炉。在EST油渣不足的情况下,通过掺烧催化油浆、焦油等难处理的物料产生氢气,这就既需提高烧嘴的使用寿命,又需要气化、变换、酸性气脱除单元增加部分设备来实现扩能,通过增加气化进料油系统、变换系统和CO_(2)膨胀制冷技术的运用,实现了扩能改造的成功。In order to increase production capacity and supplement the gas gap of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,it is necessary to operate three gasifiers while ensuring long-term operation of the gasifiers.In the case of insufficient EST oil residue,hydrogen is generated by co firing difficult to treat materials such as catalytic slurry and tar.This requires not only improving the service life of the burner,but also adding some equipment to the gasification,shift,and acid gas removal units to achieve capacity expansion.By increasing the application of gasification feed oil system,shift system,and CO_(2) expansion refrigeration technology,the successful capacity expansion transformation has been achieved.
