摘　　要：本文主要讨论内蒙古大唐国际克什克腾煤制天然气有限公司低温甲醇洗二期装置,该装置在运行过程中出现甲醇消耗较高问题,根据生产情况进行分析总结,提出了降低甲醇消耗的措施,改造后装置稳定生产,达到了降低甲醇消耗的目标。TThis paper mainly discusses the low-temperature methanol washing Ⅱ unit of Inner Mongolia Datang International Keshiketeng Coal to Gas Co.,Ltd.,which has higher methanol consumption problems during operation,analyzes and summarizes the situation according to the production,and proposes measures for the unit to reduce the consumption of methanol,which meets the stable production of the unit and achieves the goal of reducing the consumption of methanol.
