摘  要:随着化工企业对各类废水严格管控,气化煤浆制备工序不断处理各类废水,气化用水水质波动,气化炉在运行期间不断暴露出诸多问题。本文结合德士古气化检修期间出现的下降管及下降管与上升管之间环隙结垢等突出问题进行分析,探讨灰水中硫酸根波动给气化炉运行带来的影响。With the strict control of all kinds of wastewater in chemical enterprises,the gasification coal slurry preparation process is constantly dealing with all kinds of wastewater,and the fluctuation of water quality of gasification water,the gasifier is constantly exposed to a lot of problems during the operation.This paper analyzes the prominent problems of downtube and fouling of the annular gap between the downtube and the uptube,which occurred during the overhaul of Texaco gasification,to explore the impact of fluctuations of sulfate in ash water on the operation of gasifier.
