摘  要:世林化工公司污水处理中浓盐水再提浓加药系统使用一次水配置石灰水,导致系统处理水量过大,浓盐水无法实现零排放,通过数据模拟计算,重新进行工艺变更设计,将一次水更换为浓盐水配置石灰水,达到降低浓盐水再提浓系统水量过大的目的。改造后,高密池每小时少处理1m^(3)水量,降低了系统负荷,保证了系统的正常运行,实现浓盐水零排放的目的。In the wastewater treatment unit of Shilin Chemical Company,the concentrated brine reconcentration dosing system uses primary water to prepare lime water,resulting in excessive treatment water of the system,concentrated brine can not achieve zero emission,through the data simulation calculations,redesign the process change design,the primary water is replaced by concentrated brine to prepare lime water,to achieve the purpose of reducing the excessive water volume of the concentrated brine reconcentration system.After the transformation,the high density pool is less than 1 m^(2)of water per hour,which reduces the load of the system,ensures the normal operation of the system,and achieves the purpose of zero emission of concentrated brine.
