摘　　要：近年来,高血压患病率呈升高趋势,严重威胁人类健康。随着高血压病发展,患者常伴随心、脑、肾、大血管等靶器官损害。中医药治疗高血压靶器官损害的方法多样,主要包括中药复方、中药单体、针灸及艾灸等。该文通过文献梳理,对中医药治疗高血压靶器官损害的机制进行系统研究,归纳出Rho/ROCK、TGFβ/Smad、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B、内皮素-1/一氧化氮、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统等5条信号通路,以期为中医药治疗靶器官损害的研究和治疗提供参考依据。The prevalence of hypertension shows an increasing trend in recent years.and seriously threatens the human health..As hypertension develops.patients are often accompanied hy tanget oxgan damage such as heart,brain.kidney and large vessels.Theve ae a variety of traditional Chinesse medicine treatments for target organ damage in hypertension.including Chinese dnugcompound recipe.Chinese dnug nonomers,acupuncture and moxibustion.In this article.a systenatic study on the mechanism oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment of target organ damage in hypertension is conducted through literature wetrival andanalysis.Five signaling pathways ane sunmarized、including Rho/ROCK,TOFB Smad.phosphatidlylinositol 3-kinasefprteinkinase B.endothelin-1/nitric oxide,and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system.This article ains to provide reference for theresearch and treatment of target organ damage by traditional Chinese medicine.
